Permanent Jewelry FAQ

We customize chains for your wrist, neck, ankle, or finger. Using a welder, we seamlessly join the ends with a tiny jump ring, creating a 'permanent' jewelry piece.

Each appointment is 10 minutes. We kindly ask that you arrive on time as this will give us enough time to sanitize, select chain, custom fit, and then Zap on you new favorite piece! 

How many pieces can I get per appointment?

We can weld up to 3 pieces on an individual during a single appointment slot. If you desire more than 3 pieces, you must reserve 2 appointments. Kindly note that each individual must secure their own appointment time.

What metals do you use?

We offer options in goldfill, sterling silver and solid 14k gold. All are hypo-allergenic and will remain tarnish resistant for years!

How much does permanent jewelry cost?

 Goldfill and stering silver bracelets range from $45-$85, while solid 14k gold begins at $125. Our chain styles change based on daily availability, offering a vast selection for you to discover and cherish.

 If there is a specific style of chain you have your eyes on, please let us know in advance so we can make sure to have it stocked.

What if I need to remove my permanent jewelry?

Easily trim the jump ring holding the chain together with a nail clipper or sharp scissors. Keep it safe for re-welding at our future events.

 

We ensure proper welding of your piece at your appointment. Contact us for repairs if you removed your bracelet by cutting the jump ring. Repairs start at $10. If your chain is broken or overstretched, you will need to purchase a replacement.

How do I clean my jewelry? 

Simply clean your jewelry with dish soap and a small brush.

 

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final, once we custom fit, cut the chain and place it on you for welding.
